Shipping and Returns Policy

We aim to post your items by the same day (Mon-Fri) if ordered before 1pm and we will always strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. 

Postal Charges 

Orders over £50 - Free Standard Delivery (2-5 days) 

Hermes Standard Delivery (3-5 days) - £3.05 

Royal Mail Second Class (2-3 days) - £3.25 

Royal Mail First Class (1-2 days) - £3.90 

Collection (From Retford, Nottinghamshire) - Free 

We also offer an International Delivery fee of £10.90 and we currently ship to European Countries, and America but please feel free to message us via social media, or email if you are outside of these area's and would like to order from our website. We always try to accommodate where possible.

Packaging

Most of our parcels are minimally packaged in premium 100% recyclable 'wrap style' boxes which help protect items, minimise space required for postage and are completely plastic free. Our 'wrap style' boxes also reduce the need for paper filling thus reducing waste. 

On occasion we may use recycled and recyclable premium padded envelopes for smaller orders and where we use larger boxes these may have been recycled from our own deliveries to reduce wastage. 

We do not use ANY new plastic for postage but we may on occasion choose to reuse and recycle and plastic that we have been sent. We do also request that our suppliers do not use plastic on our orders where possible.  

If possible, please recycle or reuse any of our packaging to reduce the impact on the planet. 

Returns

If you are not happy with your items, or you have a query about anything that you have ordered we would very much like to hear from you so we can have the opportunity to offer a solution. Please email SoulGoodStuff@outlook.com and we will always aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
