 A soothing blend of herbs to help support overall digestive function and reduce signs of acidity decreasing symptoms of heartburn and indigestion, irritation of the tissue, reflux, trapped wind, bloating, nausea and cramping. 

An excellent pre and post-dinner drink which soothes the gastrointestinal tract, reduces inflammation and supports healthy digestion. 

How to use

Tisanes/Herbal Teas can be made using a tea pot, infuser, cafetiere or even a jug. They can be enjoyed hot or cold and can also be made in bulk and stored in the fridge for up to three days. Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water.

Allow to infuse for 10 minutes before straining and enjoying.
